Nelson Sauvin Saison. Aroma of gooseberry, passionfruit, spices, green grapes and pepper. Golden in colour and rounded off by mead made from Danish honey. The flavour is zesty – like sparkling white wine – with bittersweet aftertastes. Brewed with pilsner malt, Nelson Sauvin hop, and Danish cask-matured mead conditioned in old Chardonnay white wine casks from Burgundy.

Gudmund is available in a 75cl bottle with cork and cage.

Alcohol 7% vol.

Gudmund won a silver medal at the 2015 International Food Contest.
